We work across Memphis proper and the surrounding Shelby County communities, most of it within about 25 miles of central Memphis. We started in East Memphis and grew outward as homeowners passed our number along.
Don't see your neighborhood? One call settles it. We'll tell you straight whether we can take the job and when we could start.
Paint holds up differently in different neighborhoods. We adjust prep, primer and finish accordingly.
Mid-century brick with shaded exteriors. Mildew prep is critical. We wash and treat before any primer goes on. Trim and shutters do better in a low-VOC enamel that won't yellow under tree cover.
Hardie siding, stucco accents and large surface areas. Sprayed exterior repaints save time without giving up finish quality. Glass, doors and landscaping get fully masked before a spray gun comes out.
Many Cordova subdivisions have HOA-approved palettes. We help confirm the right swatches before purchase, then match exactly. Stucco gets elastomeric primer where cracking has started.
Older homes in cedar or pine. Spot-priming bare wood is the difference between three years and ten. Decks are scoped separately: sanded, brightened, sealed.
Larger custom builds with mixed surfaces: brick, stucco, wood trim, metal accents. Each surface gets its own product, and we document all of it so the next refresh is straightforward.
If your home is in or near Shelby County, there's a good chance we already work in your area. Pick up the phone and we'll let you know on the spot.
A Collierville custom build and a Midtown bungalow get the same prep, the same premium paint and the same two coats. The neighborhood changes what a house needs (mildew treatment under mature trees, elastomeric primer on cracked stucco, spot-priming bare cedar) but it never changes the standard we finish to.
The cut line between a wall and its trim is where that shows up first. It should be straight enough that you stop noticing it.
